The "MT-05U model" comes with a standard testing guide and is a mask fitting tester that allows for simple leakage rate measurements without making holes in the mask. We would like to introduce our "Mask Fitting Tester Series." This measuring device measures the concentration of dust particles on both the outside and inside of the mask, and from the results, it calculates the dust penetration rate (leakage rate (%)) into the mask or the fit factor indicating the cleanliness inside the mask. The mask fitting tester is a portable type of tester that quantitatively checks the fit of dust masks on the face in various work environments and medical settings within one minute. It is effective for preventing dust exposure in occupational health settings and for air and droplet infection control in medical environments. With a single detector (particle counter), it automatically switches between measuring the particle count inside the mask and outside (in the room) for continuous measurement.
